Epistle

Happiness Is Awareness of the Present

There is no path to Happiness — Happiness is the Path. It doesn’t arrive as a reward at the end. It is already here, when you stop waiting and simply are.

PresenceStillnessRecognition

Are you still waiting for the day you’ll become someone different? When something will change — and then real life will begin?

But there is no path to Happiness. Happiness is the Path.

We’ve been taught that happiness is a reward at the end of a long road. That you must earn it through suffering, reach it through effort, receive it as proof of a life well lived. But the Truth is that you are already what you seek — even if you don’t feel it now.

As clouds part and reveal the Sun — so in moments of silence we discover the Light that never disappeared. It was here the whole time. The clouds were busy.

Don’t seek. Simply be the Light, right now.

This is not passivity. It is the most honest act — to stop chasing what is already with you.
