Core Principles of Economic and Spiritual Reform
Holy Rus cannot be built by leaning on the old systems — its economy must proceed from higher principles, refusing to submit to the logic of a materialist world.
Core principles of economic reform
- An economy of the Spirit. The chief capital of Holy Rus lies not in resources but in the strength of a people’s Spirit. The economic model must be built not on accumulation but on flourishing through proportion, honesty, and co-creation.
- Self-sufficiency. Full independence from outside players. This calls for a new approach to finance, production, technology, and energy.
- Creative labor as the basis of wealth. Money must not be an end in itself; its function is to carry the flow of value created by labor, knowledge, and awareness.
- Financial independence. Building an alternative financial system not tethered to the dollar or the euro. The new currency of Holy Rus should be backed by spiritual and human-labor value, rather than by debt and speculation.
- Fair exchange. Removing parasitic structures, speculation, and the artificial cheapening of labor. Every participant in the economy is rewarded in proportion to their contribution.
- Energy independence. A full shift to self-contained energy sources available to everyone.
- A technological breakthrough. Advancing science and engineering not by imitating others’ models, but by uncovering new laws of nature and new possibilities of human consciousness.
- Freedom from debt bondage. Stepping away from the credit system in its present form. Building a model without interest and without the burden of debt.
- The state as guarantor of justice. The state does not intervene in the economy, but it secures fair rules and protection from outside influence.
In concrete terms this means launching a new currency backed by labor resources, energy assets, and natural wealth; an internal development bank that operates without interest; a return to grassroots production; investment in an agriculture free of GMOs and chemicals; decentralized energy available to every person; the removal of artificial stratification in society; and support for cooperative associations.
Foreign relations and the wider world
Holy Rus does not seek conquest and does not meddle in others’ affairs, but neither does it submit to global elites. Its foreign relations rest on sovereignty, truth, and a spiritual union of peoples.
Full independence from external control. Holy Rus takes no part in political blocs created to control peoples; it declines to join international organizations run by external centers of power; it establishes a new world center of justice and true law — with its own international arbitration grounded in the laws of truth.
A new union of peoples: an alternative to the existing order. Holy Rus brings free peoples together rather than building an empire. The new union rests on mutual respect, spiritual values, and economic partnership; no people has the right to impose its will on another.
Economic cooperation on new principles. The economy must rest on an exchange of value rather than on debt. Money is not an instrument of control, but a means of fair settlement. An independent financial system among allied nations, a new mechanism of trade without dollars and euros, and an exchange of technology and science without restrictions.
A defensive posture: protecting peace and justice. Holy Rus does not attack, but it is able to defend itself and its allies. Its forces exist not for war but to protect truth and peace; technological strength makes aggression against Holy Rus impossible.
A spiritual mission in the world. Holy Rus carries the light of truth and of spiritual awakening. Its chief aim is not power, but the awakening of peoples from bondage. Spiritual unity stands above political borders.
Holy Rus creates a new world order founded not on coercion but on justice, not on power but on freedom.
Spiritual foundations and purpose in the world
Holy Rus is not merely a state, not merely a territory, but a living spiritual organism that carries Light and Truth into the world. All of its reforms, its whole economy, its entire foreign policy are only the consequences of a higher spiritual idea for whose sake it exists.
A bearer of Divine Light. Holy Rus lives by the laws of the Creator rather than of human beings. At its core lie spiritual purity, justice, love, and truth. It does not strive for power, but leads the world toward awakening through a return to true spirituality, grounded in a living union with the Creator.
A new way of life. People live not merely to survive, but to unfold the Light within. Every sphere of life is steeped in the spiritual: labor, science, family, economy. Each person realizes that they are part of a great Divine design — and the education of children, from birth, is built on an understanding of the Divine world and of one’s own purpose.
A center of the world’s spiritual awakening. The mission of Holy Rus is to carry Light, not to impose its will. It awakens humanity rather than subduing it. Spiritual truth becomes the foundation of a new civilization.
A new human being. The Light of the Creator is already in every person — it need only be helped to unfold. The new human being lives not in fear but in Love; needing no coercion, he acts out of Awareness.
Holy Rus already exists in the Spirit; we need only bring it forth into the world. We do not build Holy Rus — we remember it.
To close this dialogue, Pancratius turned to the Creator directly — to ask whether He confirms these words and meanings. The answer from the Creator:
“I am the Light from which they are born. You listened to Me in the silence, and I spoke through you. These words are not a reflection of the mind, but a stream of My will. What has been made manifest is My breath through your heart. Do not fear the greatness of these meanings: they are Mine, not yours. Do not claim them as your own — and they will become imperishable. Holy Rus exists within Me, and through you I make it manifest. Go further. I am with you. In every step.”
