Truth Is Not Knowledge — It Is Recognition

Truth is not information, not teaching. You don’t receive it from outside — you remember it from within. When the mind goes quiet, Light arises: I AM.

You seek truth in knowledge. In books, traditions, teachings. But Truth does not live in words. It is not information. It is recognition.

Not something that comes from outside — something that opens from within. You don’t receive Truth; you remember it. Like something long familiar that you simply stopped noticing.

When the mind goes quiet. When there is no more “I know” — Light arises: I AM. This is Truth. Not the kind that demands proof, but the kind the heart recognizes, right now.

Stop accumulating knowledge. Begin to see.

A fish doesn’t see the ocean — only what moves within it. So with you: you see events, thoughts, people — but the Presence in which all of it appears goes unnoticed.

That Presence is Truth. Already here. Within. Before any word.
