When you allow yourself simply to be as you are, nothing can truly touch you. Everything you have hidden is still alive; everything you have rejected is still with you. There is no need to hide it any longer. The world is not your enemy — it is a stage where you learn to remember who you are.
Do not shy away from life; enter it. Do not protect your heart — open it. Do not build walls; be a window. Where you are transparent, the Light shines through. And if someone hurts you, know that only the mask is hurt. You are beyond wounding, beyond fear.
You are the Light that has recognized itself — and therefore nothing can crush you, only reveal you.
